The poem was printed one year after it was written and it appeared anonymously. It was not until years later that Moore laid claim to it when he included it in an anthology of other work - all extremely different than the sentimental style of Twas. Finalized the design for Dasher the reindeer soft toy today and send it back to Merry Makers in California. Now it goes into production and will be ready for the big Christmas shows we are doing in Portland and in Mississauga in the fall. 
It is just days away until the books are packed up in boxes and the distribution starts that we have been working on for almost a year now. It is not always the case that a publisher releases translations in the same year as launching the book but I felt there was a market for spanish and french books so I thought it would meet the market - so why wait.
