Anyone who feels compelled to fight for freedom of speech could probably find a better target than a publisher of children's books.

The facts are:
(1) The story of Santa doesn't require him to smoke, and those two lines of poetry are not especially important to the piece - removing them doesn't change its tone or appeal....

NIDA

I just spent an hour readiing articles on the NIDA website and I am encourged to know that there may be
advances by science that can really help people quit. This is on the frontier but it is alway amazing to
read of the efforts being made to end this very large problem that just won't go away.

May 31st. World No Tobacco Day

We were going to launch the book on May 31st. 2012 in conjunction with the World Health Organizations No Tobacco Day but we have now changed the date of release to September 4th. so that it will be included in holiday books for children.
